By accessing or using stpwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

stpwise is a platform for creating, managing, and sharing step-by-step visual guides and documentation.

We provide workspace organization, project management, annotation tools, and publishing capabilities. Availability and features may vary by plan.

You must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years old to use stpwise.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain all rights to content you create in stpwise. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

When you publish a guide, you grant stpwise a license to display it publicly through the published URL. You can unpublish content at any time.

The stpwise platform, features, and technology remain our intellectual property.

You may not use stpwise to share illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate laws; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware or spam; access unauthorized areas; replicate or compete with stpwise; or circumvent usage limits.

Free accounts have usage limits as described on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and temporary suspensions may occur.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

After termination, published guides may remain accessible unless you unpublish them first.

Workspace content is private by default. Only published guides are publicly accessible.

stpwise is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To withdraw, inform us by a clear statement, such as an email to info@stpwise.com.

If you have already used the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the value of the service provided before withdrawal.

This contract is governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers in the EU, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections of the country where you reside.

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
