How does flat workspace pricing work?
You pay one price per workspace, not per creator. Professional includes 3 seats and Team includes 10 — everyone invited can record, edit, and publish. Most alternatives charge $19–$50 per creator per month, so a 3-person team often pays 3–4× more elsewhere.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone you invite to your workspace who can create or edit content. People who just view your published guides, demos, portals, or Rooms never need an account and never count against your seats.
What is an AI credit?
Credits meter the AI work stpwise does for you: turning a video into a guide costs 1 credit per minute of video, AI narration costs 1 credit per 1,000 characters, translation 1 credit per 2,000 characters, and video export 1 credit per minute. Credits reset at the start of each billing month.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
You get the full Professional plan for 7 days. A card is required to start the trial through our secure Stripe checkout, and you can cancel anytime before day 7 without being charged. After the trial it converts to the plan you picked.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Everything you've already created keeps working and stays shareable. New AI work (video analysis, narration, translation) pauses until your credits reset next month — or you can upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
What do I save with yearly billing?
Two months. Yearly plans cost 10× the monthly price instead of 12× — about 17% off — and you're billed once per year.
